# Recovery Analytics and Performance Reporting in Airdun

> The metrics available in the Airdun dashboard: recovered revenue, recovery rate, time to recovery, failure mix, and breakdowns by channel, segment, and country.

The analytics dashboard reports recovery performance by failure type, channel, segment, and over time.

## Available metrics

**Recovered revenue this month**

The total amount recovered in the current calendar month.

**Recovery rate**

The percentage of failed payment cases that end in a successful recovery, with a quarter-over-quarter trend. Broken out by failure type, channel, and customer segment.

**Average time to recovery**

The median number of days between a payment failure and a successful recovery.

**Failure breakdown by type**

The distribution of your failures across categories: expired card, insufficient funds, bank block, 3DS / authentication required, and others.

**Performance by channel**

Recovery outcomes across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and the in-app wall — which channels drive recoveries, which generate first-contact responses, and how combinations perform.

**Performance by segment and country**

Recovery data sliced by customer segment (subscription tier, usage level, account age) or by country.

**Monthly trend**

A rolling view of recovery volume and rate month over month.
