1. The service
Airdun is a failed-payment recovery platform that connects to your Stripe account, identifies failed payments, and runs automated recovery sequences on your behalf. The service includes multi-channel outreach (email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app), smart payment retries, analytics, and reporting. Airdun is a tool for recovering revenue from your existing customers. It is not a collection agency, a credit product, or a payment processor. All payment retries are executed through your own Stripe account using Stripe’s official API.2. Eligibility and account registration
To use Airdun you must:- Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- Have or create a valid Stripe account in good standing
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Have the authority to bind the business entity you register on behalf of
3. Subscription and billing
Airdun charges a flat monthly fee based on your selected case-volume plan. Billing begins on the date your paid subscription activates.- No percentage fees — Airdun never takes a cut of recovered revenue. You keep 100% of every payment recovered.
- No annual commitment — All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
- No setup fees — There is no onboarding fee or integration charge.
- Overages — If you exceed your monthly case limit by more than 10%, Airdun will notify you and ask you to upgrade your plan. Minor overages (up to 10%) are accommodated without additional charge or service interruption.
4. 30-day money-back guarantee
If the total revenue recovered during your first 30 days of paid use does not exceed your subscription cost, you are entitled to a full refund of your first payment. To claim the refund, email hello@airdun.com within 30 days of your first charge, including your account email address. This guarantee applies to your first billing period only. It covers your subscription fee — not potential recovery upside. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.5. Stripe access and acceptable use
